Concepción de San Juan in Argentina was David Páez's first club. He stayed there until 1992, before going to Italy to play fort Roler Monza.
He played there until 1995, when he moved to Alcobendas. Two years later he signed for FC
Barcelona, where he has won just about every trophy going.
David Páez does not only collect team trophies, he has also won several individual honours.
He won the Premio Clarín for being the best player at the 1997 World Cup in Germany, and was also
the MVP at the Torneo Ciudad de Vigo and the Portugal World Cup in 2003.
CHARACTERISTICS
A terrific skater, "Cachi" has wonderful stick and ball control, and is a great goalscorer. His individual flair has often brought the Palau Blaugrana to its feet. One of his most valued abilities is his explosive skating speed.
