New kit on sale

The new FC Barcelona home kit goes on sale ahead of the new season tomorrow and will be available at the FCBotiga, online at www.shop.fcbarcelona.com as well as El Corte Inglés and Intersport.
Nike have produced the new design of the home shirt with details such as fewer stripes and yellow trim on the famous first choice Blaugrana jersey. On the inside of the collar the motto “Tots units fem força” [Together we are strong] and the words "Més que un club" [More than a club] on the left sleeve.
Another major change is that the shorts are once again red in a reminder
of the colour worn when the team won the Champions League in 2006. The shirts are made with fabric
capable of absorbing sweat and designed to avoid the top pulling.
Away kit
The new Barça away kit will be on sale on June 19. In a change from the
pink of last term Nike have introduced peppermint green as the main colour with a blaugrana bar
across the chest. The shorts are navy blue with trim of the same green as the shirt.
Eco friendly
Nike have introduced a revolutionary process for making the new shirts as they will be made from
eight recycled plastic bottles.
