FC Barcelona's members have been enjoying the new Camp Nou Experience on Sunday as they took the opportunity to go on the new tour of the stadium and museum after voting in the club's presidential elections.
The museum was opened after a major refurbishment and the fans flocked to see what grand
improvements have been made and were amazed by the changes before going on a new tour that saw them
see the inside of the famous arena and then see the pitch and experience the view of the players on
matchday.
Photo shoot
The huge number of visitors ensured that there was a
party atmosphere
at Camp Nou as supporters took photos and revelled in the chance to see Barça's home during
the summer break. The new tour takes in the multimedia zone, where a 35-metre audiovisual wall is
accompanied by an interactive table with 200 of the most important moments in the club's history.
The best goals from Ronaldnho, Ronaldo and Hristo Stoichkov lead the way.
Dream come true
By 13:00 a total of 21,570 members had voted and activity in and around
the Camp Nou Experience, as the new tour and
museum
trip is called, was intense. The children who had come with parents were able to have some of
their dreams come true as they walked around the corridors of Camp Nou while looking in the
dressing rooms and the press area.
Lap of honour
The Camp Nou Experience concludes with a lap of honour around the pitch
as fans can place themselves in the footsteps of the champions. While not allowed on the pitch
itself, the feeling is incredible and after seeing things from the players' perspective, supporters
can climb to the presidential area and see how the board and club supremo enjoy the game.
