Laporta meets Vicente Fox

Former Mexico President Vicente Fox met Barça chairman Joan Laporta on Tuesday. One of the issues to come up was the possibility of the FC Barcelona Foundation and the ex-President working together in the future.

The man who was President of México from 2000 to 2006 met with Joan Laporta this Tuesday, accompanied by his wife and daughter. Fox is in Barcelona to attend the World Savings and Credit Cooperatives Council.

Possible links

During the meeting between Joan Laporta and Vicente Fox, the two spoke about the possibility of Fox working with the FC Barcelona Foundation in the future.

With Márquez

Vicente Fox also said hello to his fellow countryman Rafa Márquez when he called in to see the first team’s training session on Tuesday evening at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper sports facility.
