Syndicated loan deal signed

FC Barcelona have signed a syndicated loan agreement with La Caixa and Banco Santander for a total of €155 million on Wednesday.
Caja Madrid BBVA, Banesto, Banco Popular, Banco Sabadell, Caixa Catalunya, CAM and Cajamar were also involved in the deal. The deal is part of the Strategic Plan of Sandro Rosell’s new board at Barça.
Show of support
The syndicated loan is a show of support by the various financial
institutions for FC Barcelona and helps after the amount reqiured was greater than initially
thought.

Thursday details
Economic vice-president Javier Faus will explain the details of the agreement in a press conference
on Thursday at 12pm in the press room at Camp Nou.
