www.fcbarcelona.cat
For the second year running, the FC Barcelona first team will travel to Saint Andrews (Scotland), flying out on July 21 and returning on the 26th.
In the week building up to the trip to Sant Andrews, the team will start work in Barcelona,
combining training sessions with physical tests and medical revisions for whatever players are
available.
On July 21, the team will fly north to Saint Andrews (Scotland), the same place they stayed
last summer. They will stay there until July 26.
Two friendlies
While they are in Scotland, FC Barcelona will play two friendlies with local clubs. On July
24 at 19.45 (20.45 CET), they will play against Primer League outfit Hibernian at the cathedral of
Scottish rugby union, Murrayfield in Edinburgh.
On Saturday 26, Barça will meet familiar opposition in Dundee United, who they also played
last year, winning 1-0. The venue will be United’s Tannadice Park at 16.00 (17.00 CET).
Back to Barcelona after second game
Once the second match is over, the squad will be heading straight back to Barcelona. The
remaining pre-season matches will be confirmed shortly.
