The Barça squad returned to work this Saturday afternoon with a training session which included three players from the B team.
The match on the 2nd against Alcoyano in the King’s Cup
has meant that the squad have had to cut short their Christmas holidays. The session this afternoon
en La Masía was focused precisely on this encounter and included three players from Barça B: Víctor
Sánchez, Marc Valiente y Sergi Busquets.
The only absentees were Messi, Oleguer and Milito, who are
having treatment during the Christmas break, the five players involved with the Catalan squad and
Samuel Eto’o, on duty with Cameroon for a friendly in Ivory Coast. It is planned for all the
internationals to return to the squad on Sunday.
