Maximum concentration
Edgar Fornós / Vanessa Forns
The first team is fully focused on Saturday’s derby. The 22-man squad was joined in training today by Barça Atlètic’s Abraham and Botía.
Pep Guardiola’s side worked out on Thursday morning at the Ciudad Deportiva, their third
session this week in preparation for the game at the Camp Nou against Espanyol. The squad are fully
focused on the game ahead.
Two from Barça Atlètic
With Puyol back from injury on Wednesday, but Iniesta now
on the sidelines, there were 22 first team players present, along with Abraham González and Alberto
Botía.
Recovery for Iniesta and Milito
The injured Milito, as on other days, worked alone at the
start of the session. But he had company today in the form of Andrés Iniesta, who was diagnosed as
having pulled a muscle on Wednesday and will be out for a fortnight. Iniesta left almost as soon as
the first team started work, but Milito stayed on to work out with a fitness coach.
