Bojan has scored in every competition
Anna Segura
Bojan Krkic scored his first goals in the league this season when he netted twice against Almeria on Sunday evening and joined Thierry Henry and Lionel Messi as having scored in all three competitions this term.
The young striker repeated his trick of last season by registering in the estadio de los Juegos
Mediterráneos as he did the same thing last term in the Blaugrana’s 2-2 draw against the
Andalucian outfit. The scenario was completely different this term though as Bojan put Barça ahead
in the 52nd minute and then added his, and the team’s, second three minutes later to set Pep
Guardiola’s team on their way to victory.
League, Copa del Rey and Champions League
The brace that he netted are his first goals in la Primera
this term, but he has already scored seven times before in the 2008/09 season. As well as two in
the league, Bojan has scored four in the Copa del Rey and three in the Champions League.
Six points clear
FC Barcelona were comfortable winners against Almeria and the victory saw the club move six
points clear of Real Madrid again. Los Merengues won against Athletic Club de Bilbao on San Mamés
on Saturday evening to reduce the gap to three points, but Barça ensured that did not last for
long.
