Henry: “It’s a victory for everyone”

FC Barcelona has had to wait eleven years to win the Cup and the credit must go to the whole squad: those who played, those who sat on the subs bench and those who had the bad luck to be injured or suspended. Every player who wears a Barça shirt is a hero of this first trophy of the season.

A number of squad members who didn’t get to play on Wednesday evening told us of their happiness at winning the Kings Cup and assured us it was the first of many to come.

“I’m very happy with the win and the first trophy”.

“Last weekend we could have clinched the league title but I’m sure we will do so this weekend”.
