The five Barca players involved in the Confederations Cup in South Africa have won all their games, Xavi, Piqué, Busquets and Puyol with Spain and Dani Alves with Brazil. Results that put them on course for a showdown in the final in Johannesburg.
Xavi, Puyol, Piqué and Busquets all played 90 minutes for
Spain against South Africa, the game with most Barca players on the pitch so far. Xavi is the Braca
player with most minutes in the tournament having played 226 minutes whilst Puyol and Pique have
both played 180 minutes, whilst Busquets played just 7 minutes against Iraq and then the whole
match against South Africa.
