Henry: "If we continue like this it can be a good season"

Thierry Henry was pleased with FC Barcelona's performance in the 4-0 win over Wisla Krakow in the Champions League on Wednesday night and believes that if the team continue to produce such good displays then a good season lies ahead.
The French international scored a sublime goal to add to Samuel Eto'o's brace and Xavi Hernández's
long range effort, but he was keen to place the emphasis on the team rather than himself.
Thierry Henry:
"The team left a good impression. We are still playing in
pre-season."
"I think that the ovation was for the whole team because everyone wanted the tam to play like
that. People have enjoyed it."
"The coach wanted to see me on the wing, but it was more important to play as a team."
"We do not know if the tie has been settled. It is more important that we did not concede a
goal. But we have to be careful because this team can still surprise us."
"We are playing well. We push up very high and that is how we should play. It allows to
create chances to score."
"We have played well and if we continue like that it will be a good season."
Touré Yaya:
"I am very pleased. We played a very good game tonight. It is a good result because the
second game will not be easy."
"They are a team that runs a lot, but we played well and I think this is an important
victory."
Samuel Eto'o:
"What is important is the great work by the whole team. We
have made many chances and that what we all wanted."
"We have enjoyed ourself and the way we have played. The game went how we wanted it to and we
have to continue like that."
"Every player likes an ovation. I am grateful to the fans. I hope it can continue this way."
Víctor Valdés:
"The team has played very well. The intensity in defence, the pressure on the opposition and
the closing up of any space. The game was full of positives.
"The fans are looking forward to a new season and there expectations are high again."
Pedro:
"At the start I was a bit nervous but with the help of my team-mates I think I improved.
"The coach showed faith in me."
Dani Alves:
"I hope to be back very soon and at the disposal of the
coach."
"I am happy with the result and with the way the team played. The players were pleased with
the fans' reception. We enjoyed it and so did the supporters."
Carles Puyol:
"We have to be happy, but there is still room for improvement. We are not through because in
football anything can happen."
"We cannot compare this with last season. The team played well. We were united and we kept
the ball, playing across the pith and when we lose possession we won it back quickly."
"Guardiola is full of desire like the players. I think he can teach us a lot."
