Eto’o: “I wouldn’t change my situation at Barça”

Samuel Eto’o he feels good and web motivated at Barça. Before the training session in Wisla’s stadium, the Cameroon centre forward assured that they would go out to win out of respect for the other team and both teams’ fans.
Samuel Eto’o is happy at Barça and in Barcelona and would not change his present situation.
The Barça forward spoke in a press conference before the first training session on Polish soil.
Eto’o assured that he is very comfortable at the club and in the city: “Whilst I feel
comfortable I will continue with Barça. Right now I am very happy and I wouldn’t change my
situation for anything. I only want to help the team and win titles with Barça.
He won’t change his style
Eto’o doesn’t want to give up his way of playing football
which has made him successful at a team level as well as personally. The Cameroonian stated that he
has nothing to demonstrate after many years of playing top-level football: “I’m 27
years old and I’ve played football the same way for a long time. I’m not going to
change now, as my style of play is what brought me to Barça and helped me to win lots of titles. I
have nothing to prove. I only want to play my very best to help my team mates and the club.”
Maximum respect for Wisla and their fans
Asked about this Tuesday’s game against Wisla, Eto’o assured that he and the
other players will go all out for victory: “Each game is a different world but at Barça we
are required to win and, if possible, playing well. Out of respect for our rival, their supporters
and our fans, our obligation is to go all out for victory. Personally, I get excited in every game
I play in the Barça strip.”
