No decision on Messi till Sunday

Leo Messi’s availability for tomorrow’s game against Getafe will not be confirmed until after Sunday morning training, as the Argentinean star tries to shake off a thigh strain.
The first team squad trained this morning and will be back at the Nou Camp for a further session tomorrow morning and only then will Josep Guardiola announce the squad for the game.
Following today’s session, Guardiola confirmed that Messi was still not ruled out for the Getafe clash: “he trained on his own today and he reckons he didn’t notice any problems. We’ll make a decision on him tomorrow“.
Pedro back with squad
Whilst Messi had a brief, light training session apart from
the rest of the players, mainly centered on stretching exercises under the watchful eye of one of
the club trainers, Guardiola welcomed back Pedro, who rejoined the squad after injury and training
with the B team on Friday.

Pre-match details
Sunday morning traing is set for 11.30 and will be held behind closed doors. Josep Guardiola will
announce his squad for the game after training and the players will then stay together at a local
hotel until leaving for the Nou Camp an hour ahead of the 19.00 kick off.
