Cáceres goes to Juventus on loan

Martín Cáceres will play for the Old Lady next season. The Italian outfit have taken the player on loan and will have an option to buy him for €11 million plus €1 million in variable payments.

FC Barcelona and Juventus have reached a deal for the one-season loan of Martín Cáceres. The Italian club will have an option to buy the defender for €11 million plus €1 million based on objectives achieved.

A year at Barça

The 22-year-old Cáceres came to Barça in the summer of 2008. He took an active role in the treble winning season, especially in the Cup. He played seven games in the competition together with thirteen in the League and three in the Champions League.
