FC Barcelona and AS Monaco have reached an agreement for the transfer of Eidur Gudjohnsen to join the Ligue 1 outfit for €2 million.
The Icelandic international has also agreed to the move and will joint he club on a two-year
contract.
Gudjohnsen became the first Icelandic international to play for Barça when he joined the club
in 2006 from Chelsea. In three seasons he played 72 league matches and scored ten goals, while
helping the club to win the Champions League, the title and the Copa del Rey.
