Henrique joins Racing on loan

Henrique has joined Racing Club de Santander on loan for the 2009-10 campaign with the Cantabrian club taking over his contract in full.

The Brazilian defender, whose full name is Henrique Adriano Buss, passed a medical at El Sardinero and signed for the club.

After joining Barça in 2008 from Palmeiras the 22-year-old was immediately loaned out to Bayer Leverkusen. During his season of adaptation in Europe he made 27 appearances for the Bundesliga outfit. At the end of the season he returned to Barcelona and played in some pre-season games before going to Racing. He will return to Camp Nou on June 30, 2010.
