The 2011 European Champions scored the most goals in the Tournament and had the leading goalscorer during a fantastic campaign that reached a fitting conclusion at Wembley on Saturday night. Below are some facts and figures from the campaign:
► Of their 13 Champions League games this season, Barça won 9, drew 3 (away to Copenhagen and
Rubin Kazan as well as at home to Real Madrid) and lost just once –away to Arsenal.
► The Camp Nou has been a fortress this season, with five wins and just the one draw in
the semis against Madrid.
► Barça were the leading goal scorers with 30 goals(18 at home, 9 away and 3 at
Wembley) and conceded just 9 (4 at home, 4 away and 1 in the final).
► The Champions also had most shots on goal -7.54 a game, ahead of second placed
Bayern, who averaged 7,38.
► Only two teams committed less fouls per game than Barça(10,92) -Rangers (9,83) and
Inter (10,7) and only two teams received more fouls - Braga (17,33) and Partizan (16,5), compared
to Barça’s 16,23.

Guardiola used a total of 26 players in the competition – one more than in the Spanish Cup
and two less than in La Liga.
► Sergio Busquets has played most minutes for the team in this campaign – 1129,
just five more than Dani Alves.
► Gerard Piqué is the player who has made most tackles -122 in the 11 games he played.
► Messi was the competition’s leading scorer – as he has been for the last
three seasons now with 12 goals. Pedro (5) and Villa (4) were the team’s next leading
scorers.
► This year’s Champions League title means that Guardiola has now lifted 10
trophies in his three years in charge.
