Alves and Bojan in every game
Edgar Fornós
Dani Alves and Bojan Krkic are the only FC Barcelona players that have appeared in every game to date, six in the League, two in the Champions League and two in the Spanish Super Cup.
Dani Alves is the man Pep Guardiola has started in the most games. The Brazilian has played 875
minutes: 508 in the League, 187 on the Champions League and 180 in the Spanish Super Cup. Bojan
Krkic is the other player that has featured in every game, totalling 417 minutes.
Four players close behind
Víctor Valdés, Gerard Piqué, Andrés Iniesta and Pedro Rodríguez have all played in nine
matches this season. All four missed the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup, as they had only just
got back from holiday following the World Cup.
Mallorca first game for Jeffren
An abductor injury playing for the Spanish U21 side meant Jeffren
Suárez was sidelined for most of the start of the season. The Venezuelan born winger finally came
on for the final minutes of the game at home to Mallorca. That means that he is currently the
player who has played the fewest minutes.
Pinto only one yet to play
Goalkeeper José Manuel Pinto is the only Barça player who has yet to appear in an official match.
His last outing was a nice one though, he played in the Joan Gamper Trophy gainst Milan and was
named man of the match. He would probably have played in the Spanish Super Cup, due to the absence
of Valdés, but eventually did not due to injury.
