Barça Atletic have taken another three points thanks to their win in the Miniestadi against Atletico Baleares. Nolito and Goran Maric bagged the two goals for the azulgranas.
Barça Atletic have won their second game of the season in the Miniestadi by beating Atletic
Baleares by two goals to one. Luis Enrique’s side were dominant throughout the entire game.
The first half finished one-all but after numerous opportunities for the home side in the second
half, Maric scored the winner in the dying moments.
Maximum efficiency
After a start which saw few goal chances, Barça Atletic went
ahead in the last few minutes of the half thanks to a goal from Nolito. With the game heading
towards half-time, Atletic Baleares equalised with a goal from Jose in the last minute of the half.
Pulsating finish
The first few minutes of the second half were the same as the first. Barça Atletic, with Gai
now on the pitch, dominated proceedings but were unable to create any real danger. With only a
quarter of an hour to go, Luis Enrique’s men put their foot on the gas and created three
clear goal chances as well as having a legitimate penalty claim waved away. Finally, with little
remaining on the clock, Goran Maric headed home the winning goal.
