Quim Paüls’ side started well, but the visitors also came out and showed that they had were not going to make it easy and actually took the lead with ten minutes on the clock as Pablo Martín and squeezed his effort in between Aitor Egurrola and the post.

Having gone behind, the Blaugrana then picked up the pace again and dominated possession with David Paéz standing out with two good chances that tested Xevi Puigbu, but the Voltregà keeper was well placed to keep him out. Beto Borregán also did well as the Barça skipper led by example going forward.

Taking the lead

With 15 minutes on the clock the hosts drew level as Carlos López netted from a penalty, after the visitors had made it clear that they did not agree with the decision. Less than a minute later and the Blaugrana were ahead as Lluis Teixidó shot across the keeper with a fine drive.

Three quick goals

After the break the game belonged to Barça with David Páez putting themtwo goals ahead in the 41st minute before Sergi Panadero added a third and Mia Ordeig netted number five within a minute as a the flurry of goals secured victory.
