Supporters’ Clubs anniversaries

This Sunday, first Vice-Chairman Alfons Godall va represented FC Barcelona at the 50th anniversary of the Poblenou Supporters’ Club. The weekend has been packed with supporters’ club anniversaries.
The Casino L’Aliança in Poblenou was the venue for the main event in the celebrations to mark
the fiftieth anniversary of the Poblenou SC, founded in 1958.
Alfons Godall, first Vice-Chairman of Barça, represented the
club at the event. Chairman Joan Laporta, who this weekend was in Huelva with the first team,
received the Supporters’ Club in the directors’ box during the Benidorm game and
presented it with a commemorative gift to mark its anniversary.

Apart from Godall, Football School director and ex-Barça player Julio Alberto Moreno,
ex-Barça player Pep Moratalla and the chair of the Barça Veterans Group Ramon Alfonseda were also
present.
Other attendees were Pere Razzauti, from the
Supporters’ Clubs Advisory Council, and Elvira Pou, from the Social Commission. Barcelona
City Council was represented by the ward councillor Paco Narváez.
There have been many anniversaries this weekend for Barça supporters’ clubs, with two,
the Sant Just SC and the La Garriga SC, celebrating twenty-five years on Friday.
