www.fcbarcelona.cat
The Manlleu supporters club celebrated their 38th anniversary with typical Catalan botifarra sausages and the dramatic victory over Real Madrid. Vice presidents Jaume Ferrer and Albert Perrin represented the club.
A total of 130 euphoric members welcomed vice presidents Jaume Ferrer and Albert Perrin as
representatives of FCB on occasion of the 38
th anniversary of the PB de Manlleu. Also in attendance were Social Commission director,
Enric Nadeu and two members of the Sports Commission, Jordi Orriols and Valentí
Baulenas.
The event is now a tradition on the days of the game at the Bernabéu, and the guests enjoyed a
typical ‘botifarrada’ in Manlleu. And it was smiles all round as Barça won 2-0 in
Madrid, which was naturally the main topic of conversation among everybody present.
Unexpected guest
The World Clubs Cup made an unexpected appearance in the Catalan town as it continues its
journeys around Catalonia. This was the first time an official supporters club has had the chance
to admire the trophy, which was the focus of everybody’s attention.
