Before the FC Barcelona v Getafe match, three supporters clubs from Andalusia and another North Catalonia unveiled their crests in the stadium.
The first to unveil its crest was Penya Barça Cabestany. Led by its president, Manuel Montilla and
accompanied by the delegate from the Supporters Club Advisory Council for North Catalonia and
Andorra, Francesc Viçens Esteve, the club’s mark was left for posterity in the Camp Nou. Dani
Casanovas, director of the Supporters Club Commission did the honours by opening the curtains over
the plaque.
Immediately after, Casanovas also inaugurated the crest of the Peña Azulgrana 2-6 de
Hornachelos, on gate 90 to the stadium. Along with the director of the Supporters Club Commission,
the president, Juan Enrique López was there to see the plaque become part of the stadium façade.
On gate 89, the Peña Barcelonista Santa Maria del Aguila unveiled their own crest. This time
it was Manel Costa, another director of the Supporters Club Commission, accompanied by the
president of the club Francisco Vargas, did the honours.
Finally, the Peña Barcelonista de la Colonia de Fuente Palmera, from Cordoba, unveiled their
shield. The president of the club, Jose Ortiz, and Manel Costa were the men who pulled the strings
to honour the constant support this club has always given to Guardiola and his players.
