In the build-up to last Saturday’s game between FC Barcelona and Osasuna, three clubs unveiled their plaques on the North Goal façade.
On a Sant Jordi afternoon in which the first team needed all the support it could get to
consolidate its place at the top of the table, three supporters clubs from
different places unveiled their plaques at the Camp Nou. Elvira Pou and
Dani Casanovas, directors of the Supporters Clubs Commission, jointly represented the Club for
these ceremonies.
The Penya Barcelonista de Sao Paulo from Brazil was the first club to unveil its plaque on
the North Goal façade, with the help of its president, Ferran Royo. After that, in the same
location, the directors of the Supporters Clubs Commission along with president Mariví López, did
the honours for the Peña Barcelonista Erreniega, of Navarra. Finally, at gate 93, the Penya
Barcelonista d’Organyà saw its crest inaugurated in the presence of Salvador Vilana, its
president.
The day was finished off in perfect fashion, with FC Barcelona winning a game that brings
them even closer to another Liga title.
