One month of the OAP

On October 3, president Sandro Rosell officially opened the Penyes Services Office (Oficina d’Atenció a les Penyes – OAP), where Supporters’ Clubs can solve their questions in person
In only one month, this office has become an important gathering point within the premises, and it
is to become more important as supporters get used to it.
Opening Hours
Supporters can go to the OAP from 10 am to 2pm and from 3.30pm until 7pm from Monday to
Friday. Matchdays, therefore days with large attendance to the premises, the office opens from 10am
until 2pm and from 3.30pm to 15 minutes after kick off.
Coordinator of the Penyes Department Sònia Domènech, explained to Barça TV and
www.fcbarcelona.cat the satisfaction of providing this service: “As a department we are glad
because we have a space we feel like the penyes’ space, and also because we have increased
staff, which provides viability to several projects we are beginning with. Ours is a positive
outcome, since we are happy, and the penyes are also happy”.
Main queries
The main queries those who work in this department placed on the Boulevard, on gate 9, just
in front of Palau Blaugrana deal with on a daily basis are mainly events organization, ticketing
matters, change of details or material requests.
